A beautifully productive morning today where Ellie and I made some good progress on a couple of projects. Then a lovely college CU group with some awesome young women, including vulnerability, honesty and prayer. Then a delightful walk around the quarry with musicalblips and Laika the pup. Then mainlining some pasta. Then a lush pilates session and headtorch-lit run around the quarry and Shrewsbury school.

All in all, a good day.
