Buns

I’d planned to go to the allotment today (spud replenishment) but changed my mind and did some baking instead. These are apricot and pumpkin seed buns and are pretty good but the best thing is that I’ve managed to de-mould and resuscitate my sourdough starter and produce a decent loaf. I’m chuffed about that.
Tenpin tonight and we managed to claw defeat out of victory twice, losing by 4 pins then by 9 pins. I’m definitely not at all chuffed about that.
