Into Blue Yonder

A solitary gull flies off toward the open sky. A rather rushed outing today for a photograph, everything feels like it's closing in. I wish I could fly away sometimes.

I only took this one scene with various combinations. I was undecided about where in the frame to place the division between cloud and clear sky. In the end, the bird made the decision for me and I picked that shot to post.

A bit of warping needed to the bottom of the image to correct the wide angle distortion caused by tilting the lens up, which I did to emphasise the clouds and sky. It's probably not noticeable on blip anyway.
