He is risen indeed

A lovely morning service at church but I had to miss the end to gt home in time to cook lunch so all the family could be together - we haven't been assembled for a lunch like this for a few years now and it felt like a great blessing - really appropriate for such a joyful day. How many more times will be all be able to be together like this? Things seem to be changing very quickly for the older generation now. I was so glad that mom remembered that they got married in 1954 when asked during the service this morning - diamond anniversary next year. I wonder what that will bring. Time moves on like and ever flowing stream. Family.
