Roast Lamb Heston Style.

I do hope Heston has got this right. I am quite ok with stuffing a leg of lamb with garlic and rosemary but it does seem a bit odd to poke in anchovies too. Ah well too late now anyway it's going in the oven.

PS Does anyone know where Heston lives?
