Tibetan pasty
I am a bit obsessed with Tibetan food. Look how much like a Cornish pasty that dish looks like! The fact it's full of yak meat is the only difference.
I can cope with getting yak stuck in my palate because of the delicious buttery bread and stodgy goodness to warm my bones on the desolate Tibetan Plateau.
I am so excited that I might urinate (if I wasn't feeling a bit under the weather after Jakarta).
