Horsey Island Nature Reserve

Interval Class this morning, moved from lower body, hips & legs
to upper body giving shoulders and arms a good workout with weights. After a shower down to S'bury's for a hot chicken. I strip the carcass and then I have cooked meat for salads at lunch time.

 After lunch decided to take a run over to Braunton, and go along to Velator for a walk along the River as hadn't been there for ages. Saw a pair of little grebes diving, amazing how long they can stay under water. There was a little egret, who looked up at me and then missed tea as there was movement in the water that something had spotted the egret. I continued along to the boundary fence to the  Nature Reserve. On the return walk I heard a kingfisher then saw it zoom across to the other side of the river.

At home tomorrow, car is in for its annual service and MOT. Hopefully catch up on my back blips from the weekend. Also 4 images for a fun Camera Club Competition.
