Wool Heaven

I took my neighbour shopping this morning. She is an avid knitter. I have recently bought some wool to make a poncho but it will take me forever owing to a neck problem as I can only manage about 20-30 minutes a day.
Anyway, wool shops take me back to my childhood when our Mum used to buy wool from Stagg’s Wool Shop. She knitted our school jumpers and also pullovers for Dad and her brother. I still love seeing all the colours and enjoy the smell.
