I wouldn't describe it as converting the old public toilet.  More like using the old toilet as the foundation for the restaurant. 

Looked like the project had a slight wobble midway through, but it all looks good now and forecast to open 'early 2022' .

Only had a short walk in the evening, and didn't really get out at lunch.  Need to improve those habits....
