Drama in the afternoon

Had a long early walk and then got stuck in to work, feeling better for those morning steps and contemplations. Later, friend H enticed me out for a brisk jaunt along the beach around 3.30pm. The sky and low sun were in a dramatic mood!

Caught up with another lovely friend this evening and put the world to rights in a bar down the road. As you do on a Wednesday!
