I love starting the day with a good walk in the sun. The mornings have been beautiful this week.

A day at work and an evening delivering mental health first aid training. The rest of the week is much quieter, thank goodness.

Heard from my best friend that her breast biopsy confirmed cancer. Early stages luckily but terrifying none the less. Thank goodness she had a routine scan before leaving Dubai. At 45 she probably wouldn't have had one here for another 5 years...
