Lord Nelson

I made time to go back down to the waterside again today, I wanted to see if The (modern) Matthew was on the harbourside - it was.
I’ve never noticed The Nelson before but I like the shape and form of it’s masts and it’s an interesting - but poignant - read up - perhaps that is fitting. Built in 1986 as a sailing training ship for the disabled it has now been decommissioned due to financial difficulties - it’s not clear what will happen to it - although perhaps someone out there knows - hoping for a good ending and not just for The Nelson
Mum and I were able to have a few heartwarming words before I left, that means a lot, and I’m grateful.
