Herrington Park and Apple cake.

Went for a walk around Herrington Park. It used to be a slag heap area from the coal mine. It is much improved now. 
I made the cake myself- amazing. It is a Nadiya Hussain vegan apple cake. It is the best vegan cake I've had. It was supposed to have icing on it but I think it's sweet enough.
