Sun up

This morning my wife got up early to take her mother into hospital. I got up as well and as soon as it was light to my mother-in-law's dog for a longer walk to the hippodrome to distract him. This blip is the sun coming up over the rugby pitch lights at the centre of the race track.

Apparently the procedure went well at the hospital today, but my mother-in-law didn't see the physiotherapist, so is now a bit stiff and sore, so didn't come home today and it will probably be tomorrow or Saturday now. I gather she is a bit bored now that the drugs have worn off and she has woken up fully.
