Long phone call with friend to catch up on her visit to Barcelona. Her daughter & family have just moved there for work, after a few years in LA. Am jealous, Barcelona’s such a fun, vibrant city. So changed from when I first visited many years ago.

Then to Boscombe for bread and a ‘big wedding’ anniversary card for our Bournemouth friends who return to their main home in Toronto for 6 months every winter. Their daughter, who lives here, is making a surprise visit next week in time for their celebrations., and will take our card with.

I made 2 large jars of pickled cucumbers.

M came round (late - but she had warned me, as she was at a meeting in Dorchester). By the time she finally arrived, it was almost time for another appt she had up the road.

We accompanied M on the bus to her appt., and walked back home. On the way, looking for ‘form or shape’ for Ingeborg’s Abstract Thursday, I snapped away. In the end selected the offices blipped for the challenge.
