More ICM

I took the bus and 4 stops on the tube to some wetlands yesterday with the intention of practicing my ICM again. I am reasonably satisfied with the results. We are going out walking in Burnham Beeches, with friends today; this is an area of ancient Beech woods to the north west of us in London. I have booked a table for lunch at a pub halfway round, we are all looking forward to what will most probably be the last Autumnal walk as the leaves are falling fast - and so is the temperature next week.
