To Leeds and back

Laura, our Head of Development and I went to Leeds to meet with Channel 4 and a local writer whose script we own and who they are interested in.   We had lunch in a basement restaurant of a dark decored hotel (‘decorated by a depressed divorced dad’ commented L) The lunch went really really well and Channel 4 have picked up the script for development so we had a really happy journey home.  

Out in the evening to Bocca di Lupo with another broadcaster and the writer, who has arrived this morning from LA to run a writer’s room next week  I treated myself to a pre-birthday stay in Kettners so it was a short  walk home through the noisy Soho night.
