It Was a Marvelous Night for a Moondance

I am very sorry to have missed the lunar eclipse, but it was overcast where I live. We have a very high hit rate of clouds when it's time for the fancy, once-in-a-lifetime type celestial events.

But I did manage to get out to watch the full Beaver Moon on this night, and what a show it put on with the clouds! First it played peekaboo, and then we got a wonderful corona around the moon which turned almost pink! Yay!
