Walking down the hill and met this lovely horse and rider going up. Felt envious!

Off to get some acupuncture and massage on my lumpy shoulder. My god he wiggled these needles around, sometimes I winced!

Popped in Kinross on the way home to a nice deli and a coffee and sandwich as had missed lunch.

Evening was spent watching some tv and that was it!
