Facing the Boards

Thanks SO much for all your stars, hearts and comments on my anniversary yesterday, what an encouraging community we are!

After our support group, and buying veggies, fruit and cheese at the Saturday market, couldn't face just going home again, so went for a walk out on Luz's boardwalk, which has deteriorated significantly since we were last there; felt safer walking back underneath it. Walked faster at the end, as it started sprinkling, but, unfortunately, hasn't, so far, amounted to much; the ground is very dry.

Gratefuls:
- folk who care about us, and pray, especially needed today
- chatting to Maria and Zé at the market, life isn't easy for them, but they're always cheerful, and generous
- avocado on toast for tea, and a Tapada das Lebres red, one of my favourites
