Good morning

Woke up to a blanket of cloud out the window, but soon after, this happened.  Beautiful!  I took many photos of that little short rainbow on the right, but Tim helped me choose this wider shot for today's photo. 

We drove over to the Hartland peninsula, with the intention of doing some of the walk from Brownsham to Clovelly.  We did do a bit of it, but Tim's knee was feeling a bit dodgy (after a very over-excited dog barrelled into him on the beach yesterday afternoon), so we didn't go too far beyond Black Church Rock (which we glimpsed only briefly, through the trees), then turned around.  Instead, we drove on to Hartland Quay and did a short (and much flatter) walk there, for the stunning views.  (Bit gloomy by then though, so no stunning photos, sadly.)

We were both really tired by the time we got back to the apartment, so very glad to sit down with a cup of tea/coffee and relax.  Nice easy evening after that - and Tim cooked dinner again :)
