Faster! Louder!

My volunteering stint at the Kendal Mountain Festival included a lot of meet-and-greet but also a session helping at the Literary Festival.  By chance I had a chance to see Elise Downing talking about her book Coasting, which I had just read.  It's about her run around the British Isles, for which she had no preparation and no maps, but a huge appreciation of the kindness of people and love of the coastal scenery.
