NEW OUTDOOR EDUCATION BUILDING

The Broughton Sheboygan County Marsh Park is well on its way to opening a new building dedicated to outdoor, environmental education and skill development. The money for the building was raised from local and private donors.

School groups utilize the marsh extensively in their science classes and have been using an old converted semi-trailer which is small and useless in the winter. This building will allow for the expansion of classes offered to such groups and will have state-of-the-art science stations for various investigations and is suitable for year-round use.
