The Avon

It was a lovely bright morning although very chilly, especially in the wind. Marian and I slipped away for a couple of hours, we went into Stratford upon Avon for a quick visit. We decided to get a coffee first but everyone in Warwickshire was also looking for coffee. A couple of enthusiastic cafe people said they could seat us outside but no thank you. We eventually found ourselves an inside seat in Marks and Spencer, haha, A purveyer of underwear clothing for those of you not familiar with UK stores. It was nice to visit, I wouldn't have wanted to go home without a quick visit as we were so close. 

My blip is looking across the River Avon towards the boat club. I rather like the tree, I think it's probably a whomping willow.
