Stir up Sunday

Stir up Sunday lived up to its name as the Christmas cake was mixed and baked today. The fruit had been soaking in assorted alcoholic beverages for a week( Delia’s Cajun Christmas Cake) I’ll decorate it with glacé fruits and nuts closer to the big day.
