Female Kestrel..

My heart skipped a beat when I spotted the beautiful Kestrel perched at the top of a hawthorn tree. I was on my bike so was sure she would fly off when she saw me - much to my relief and delight she stayed there for a good few minutes.while I fumbled about parking up the bike and reaching for my camera.
