This risotto from BBC Good Food's vegetarian Christmas magazine was divine!

Daughter came round to swot up before her assessments tomorrow. If you fail you can't proceed so she was a little nervous.

(Backblip - I can tell you that she passed with flying colours and now has her NHS ID card, email & rota!!!! Working at Christmas though!!! So proud of her!)
