Yup, still annoyed! It's so not important, and 24 hours later, I'm still peeved. Thankfully insurance is sorted, so just have to arrange an estimate and then get the ball rolling. 

I think the straw that broke the camel's back was having an argument with somebody at work over a bloody diffuser....

Not a very good day at all.
