P.S. re yesterday’s blip: I saw a cow in the bottom half but apparently no one else did!

I went for a walk and ended up walking all over town in the rain without an umbrella. I got a book for a newborn and popped into a couple of shops just to browse. I haven’t done that in ages.

Back at home I roasted a pie pumpkin (for soup), red peppers (for coulis), and eggplant (pierced this time!, for baba ganoush) for the week ahead while making tonight’s dinner.
