Afternoon walk - on the woodland paths below Stirling Castle and up the steps onto the esplanade. A strategic Castle throughout history. Great view, towards Wallace Monument and Ochils. We walked back down through the “Top of the Town” - an area where there’s a concentration of historic buildings, some cemeteries and cobbled streets. Few folks around. There was a lovely sunset.
