A morning walk

We met with our Tuesday morning group this morning, but split into two groups.  One group did a slightly longer, up and down walk, and the other group did a shorter, flat walk. It was a lovely morning and good to get out in the fresh air.

We walked past a driveway with a lovely border of red geraniums and shortly before arriving back at base saw a Mainfreight truck with an interesting quotation so decided to include it in today’s blip.

It’s Day 14 of Level 3 Step 2 and there are 215 new cases of Covid-19. Of those, 196 are in Auckland, 11 in the Waikato, 4 in Northland, 1 in the Bay of Plenty, 2 in the Lakes area and 1 in MidCentral. Two deaths in hospital have been reported - 1 yesterday and 1 today.
