C is for Cormorant

C is also for Carving.
 
This was carved by Mrs W’s dad back in 1991.  I was a bit confused when I saw ‘MHG’ on the bottom with a date (2/91), and a monogram.  It was pointed out that MHG was short for mahogany, the monogram I recognised as my father-in-law’s initials (RC).
 
Taking it steady with the shoulder today.  I have been severely told off by the daughter already.  The applications of hot, then cold pads seem to be having the best healing properties.
