Drained
In some ways today has been difficult.
I slept very badly and lacked energy all day.
On the other hand, I made positive use of the "down time" by making plans for the rest of the week.
I also made a good lunch - dal, including what I expect to be the last of the Swiss chard from my garden. I also roasted some chestnuts (not from my garden) which is a once-in-a-decade event for me.
Dinner was more mundane, but I did attack the pomegranate which was lying in the kitchen to add some to the smoothie. The other ingredients were lime juice, kefir, a banana, a pear and a bit of turmeric root. Delicious.
