Blending

I have had a very quiet day today after all my excursions to Derbyshire, Windsor and Colchester!! I have been blending prunes and dates in my processor to add to yogurts, sauces and snacks!! Just an experiment to make a change!! Apricots and figs next time!! I hope you are all having a lovely break!!
