Eggs

A trip into Grange first thing for a few supplies, including lamb for a lamb and apricot tagine.  Tick.

Home to grey - so grey we couldn't see Lancashire across the Bay.

Made the tagine and it smells very good.  Safely stowed in the freezer for later.

Eggs for cheese and mushroom omelette for lunch.  Tasty.
