‘Balustrades, dormers and chimneys’
Belgrave Crescent, Edinburgh, built in 1874, features a range of Victorian embellishments (including bay windows!) and overlooks the (private) Dean Gardens, Dean Bridge, and the Water of Leith. It is part of the later development of the West End of Edinburgh beyond the Dean Bridge and the original, (more restrained), Georgian New Town.
