Just a few of the many

This morning we enjoyed our weekly game of badminton. Owing availability we have had to change our venue from one of the local sports centres to the badminton centre at Scotstoun.

We four ladies play with one plastic shuttle while on the neighbouring court there was a coaching session with hundreds of feather shuttles scattered over the court. The noise of racquet on feather shuttle was just like firing a machine gun.

Time up and we picked up our one shuttle while the two guys, very carefully stacked and then boxed their couple of hundred shuttles.

I think we had more fun and frustration than the two guys.
