Gullible

Three interviews, two successes. That's pretty good going I think. The job market, for recruiting, is awful, the number of good candidates is tiny. Both the people I saw today I'm taking a risk on, on paper they're not perfect but in person they seemed ok.

Or I'm being gullible.

Other than that it was same old same old.
