Day 108 "NN" - Sara

Tuesday 8 am Aleksandra followed by Anna at 9 am.

The website is really due now .... and I need to get my shit together.

Power hour then time for a coffee at Sara.

Back home and 555 then dinner.

I am doing Fast 800 and only eat in the evenings.
I am great at fasting all day -but I really enjoyed my dinner in the evening.

Almost a kg gone since Sunday ... success!!
