Make dessert first

We will be traveling to Tates tomorrow for the weekend. Brett and his two dogs will be coming along so I will be snug in the back seat between Gypsy, Maggie and Hank. It is not pretty!!???&&$$;:: for almost 5 hours!

I got my dessert...two pumpkin logs...completed today. Most important! I made this for the first time last Thanksgiving and everyone loved it so it was on the menu again.

The grand girls will all be working tomorrow so we will be having our meal on Saturday. Chef Brett us making southern shrimp and grits tomorrow. And then we will see what else he wants to cook for the other days.

The weather forecast where Tate lives is calling for possible SNOW flurries on Friday and below freezing temps. Good thing we love being together with the five dogs!
