Paella on the barbie

Paella is a favourite dish to cook in summer…. Usually in a paellera on the barbie…. Bit short of ingredients today so ran with what is in the house - loads of big prawns and chicken but no calamari or mussels… still tasted yummy and authentically Spanish. I used to live in Southern Spain so this brings back a heap of good memories….. eaten out of earthenware bowls, squeeze of lemon and a hunk of French stick…. a great dinner..
