Died at 20 months.

The 'new' computer died at 20 months.  Out of strict warranty but manufacturer said they would look at it and sent a box to collect it.  Big rigmarole, but at least it got the useless thing out of the house  while we struggled to revive an older computer with a 14 day old backup of files.
