Soaking up the sun
I baked gluten free chocolate chip scones this morning, despite protestations from my hands. They turned out well and were gobbled up by almost everyone at the Easter brunch we attended.
But a morning of baking and socializing was very tiring, so I slept most of the afternoon away. We ate a dinner of leftovers and salad from our garden. Remarkably, Bob has eaten vegetables from the garden twice in two days. There is still hope that he can eat a healthy diet....
