Bubbles

A birthday. Lovely bubbles and presents (mostly books :-) ), a dose of P‘s delicious cooking, and no party, thanks to Covid-19 (again).

I had planned to do mostly nothing today. But my mother’s care insurance sent a new form, 11 pages of detailed questions, and they also asked for every medical information from the last 6 months, to re-assess her care status.

That kept me busy for hours. 
Some weeks, the bureaucracy for my mother’s care and health insurance amounts to a second full-time job.

I think I might need another glass of champagne…
