Spin Cycling Pavement Style!

This pandemic has , of necessity, really elevated peoples’ creativity! Our local gym is owned by a lovely couple who have lived in the village for ever… he used to be my personal trainer in the days I still felt like exercising… and even when I didn’t! I love that he has moved all his exercise classes outdoors and they’re held in a range of locations around the area - down at the park, on the beach… and here on the pavement in front of his gym at our little shopping centre! This was early this morning on a coffee run - there they were … spin cycling like crazy with the music on full blast! Gyms have been closed for months and not sure when they’ll ever be opening so this might be going many more months yet…
