Gift

M sent me this photo of her gift out on display. She seems really pleased with it:)
I took mum out for coffee and cake to a wee cafe in North Berwick today. She was cold and a bit flat but Christmas lights and cake sorted that and I left her quite content watching TV.
N and I then went to V and D’s - they’d invited us to join them for a Thanksgiving dinner. V is from Colorado. It was really enjoyable and a lovely meal. D has just signed up with a literary agent to get his first book published - a futuristic thriller set in the near future. I’ve read and enjoyed it :)
