Compare and contrast...

Breakfasted on pastries from the cafe by the hotel and then walked down to the river to check out the market before meeting Katie for coffee in the Cathedral square. We visited a cool little exhibition, 'Picasso and Valdez', at the Centro Cultural las Claras and then wandered slightly further afield, out past the Plaza Circular, to visit Vintage Murcia, a funky junk store that Katie had discovered (her friends have a flat upstairs), stuffed with old posters and dusty vinyl. Then we took photos by the Murcia sign in the plaza and bought loads of turron and smoked paprika from the Mercadona. Later there were more tapas on La Traperia and churros from the van (it was open then...)
