Honestly, what airline that wants business from business travellers would refuse to issue an itemised receipt. I was on chat help for 30 minutes and was challenged on why I needed a receipt before he eventually deigned to type into the chat window the cost breakdown but refused to email it to me. Useless! The most customers unfriendly airline in the world!
