That's a quote from the swimmer and artist Nancy Farmer on her calendar picture for November; it seems to suit these swimmers at Millerground this morning very well.  Meanwhile, my friend and I swam to the nearest buoy, dressed in full wetsuits and neoprene balaclavas.
