They had the cheek and temerity to close the car park of our preferred walk today due to to the fact they were shooting pheasants, why anyone would find challenge in shooting such idiotic birds is beyond me, a question of intellect I guess.

Anyway I decided we should go and bag a hill nearby at Llanymynech which had some press last year over lockdown as half of the golf course atop the hill is in England and half in Wales. 

The footpath itself follows Offa's Dyke and gives some cracking views out towards the Berwyns.
